Buy British Chocolate with Jolly Goods
SATISFYING SWEET TOOTHS ON AN INTERNATIONAL LEVEL, JOLLY GOODS NOW OFFERS PERSONALISED CHOCOLATE GIFT BOXES AT SET PRICES WITH VIDEO MESSAGES LAUNCHING IN LATER THIS YEAR.
We've all been there. Exploring new and exciting cities, landscapes and cultures when we get that urge for a taste of home. Something irresistibly sweet, only to find that a Cadbury's Dairy Milk is nowhere to be found, or a Mars bar doesn't quite taste the same as it does from your local newsagent! Until now…
Jolly Goods founded less than a year ago by Michael and John, graduates of the University of Manchester, offers expatriates a taste of their home comforts. From Milky Ways and Aeros to Galaxy and Freddos, they provide three set sized gift boxes that can be personalised, either with pictures or a note, with whatever chocolatey mix you wish for no extra cost and delivered straight to a loved ones door.
After receiving many requests for an ongoing monthly delivery of their customer’s favourite chocolates, Jolly Goods are experimenting with subscription services in key markets to ensure they remain the perfect pick me up for partners, children, sisters, brothers and friends either living, working or spending a summer volunteering abroad.
Shipping their unique gift boxes to over 100 international destinations, the graduates have tried and tested methods to ensure that all chocolate shipped arrives in perfect condition - no matter how hot the climate they're going to.
Experiencing a rise in orders since the launch of their new website, www.jollygoods.co on 18th December 2014 and an ever-growing social media presence which sees over 150 followers joining at any one time, their plans for 2015 are both exciting and challenging.
Looking to enhance their personalised gift box messages, they are testing videos and QR codes to add to the customer experience as well as looking to expand their offering of chocolate - this user is particularly excited about the possible addition of the Walnut Whip! Often providing quirky new ways of making their customers feel more at home when they are thousands of miles away from the UK, their latest offer is a free pack of love hearts for every box ordered between now and the 14th of February to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
It's not all about expats however, the company is also heavily involved in UK-based charity work, with one of their more recent projects donating chocolate to children's hospitals around the North West.
