How does the Pricing work?

Here at Jolly Goods we charge per box not per chocolate bar. You pay a set price for the size of the box and can choose a mixture of any different types of bars to go in this box.

Do I have to pay for Shipping

Yes, we charge shipping separately and offer Royal Mail international Standard, Royal Mail International Signed for as well as international Signed and Tracked in Select Locations. Shipping rates can be found by clicking on the shipping tab at the bottom of the page.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you can expect to receive it within 5-14 days of the dispatch date. Please note the delivery time typically relates to the distance which the package is travelling, and we are unable to guarantee delivery within this window.

What is your Returns Policy?

If you have receive a box which is damaged then you are entitled to return it for a refund or replacement. Please email hello@jollygoods.co to speak to a specialist about returning your box.

What if my box does not arrive?

For tracked and signed for deliveries, we will be able to find out exactly where your package is at all times. If you have chosen Standard delivery, then we require you to contact Royal Mail’s lost package service via the following link.

They will be able to advise you further with your claim.

Can I pay for this with a Foreign bank account?

At present we take payment for goods via Debit/Credit Card. If you are paying with a non UK bank account, your bank will automatically bill you a small conversion charge when paying for your product.
